About our Foundation
Angel On My Shoulder is unique in that it provides assistance for the patient AND those family members surrounding the patient through programs that make it clear that they are not alone. Angel On My Shoulder, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit volunteer-managed organization, has been serving cancer patients and their families since 1995.

When a family is affected by cancer, the focus has to be on the patient. However, too often there are other members of the family who are experiencing loss or confusion. Angel Camps are designed to provide that support and connection with peers that know exactly what each other is facing – and counselors that can provide the guidance and support appropriate for each different age level.
