A Gift of Remembrance
A gift of remembrance to Angel On My Shoulder in recognition of a loved one is a heartwarming and wonderful way to help make a difference to those living with or affected by cancer. This loving gesture of “giving back” in their honor or memory is truly a beautiful tribute to their life.
Their names will be listed in our annual newsletter and on our website. You will receive a very heartfelt card of appreciationthanking you for your caring contribution in support of those in the cancer-affected community. We an also provide acknowledgements of your kind and generous gift to family members of loved ones who are honored or remembered.
Opportunity to Sponsor a Camper
Sponsoring a camp experience for a child or young teen affected by cancer through a loved one (parent, sibling or grandparent) is a wonderful gesture of love and caring. Camp Angel and Camp Teen Angel provide young people ages 8-15 the opportunity to be with others like themselves in an atmosphere of love and support knowing that their pain is understood. These camps are costly even though they are cost-free to the campers. Our goal is to give as many kids as possible a chance to be part of these fun-filled and inspiring weekend retreats designed to meet their unique challenges. If you are able to sponsor a camper, we (and the young people it benefits) would greatly appreciate your support.
The approximate costs per camper are: winter Camp Angel $240; summer Camp Angel $150; Camp Teen $225 each of two camp sessions. Whatever amount (big or small) will truly “make a difference”!!
Charitable Project
Stamp drives through groups, schools, or organizations are wonderful ways to help Angel On My Shoulder reach out to those living with or affected by cancer.
Individual stamps or rolls of stamps are always needed and gratefully accepted. A “breast cancer” stamp drive can make your project even more meaningful.
Corporate Giving Programs/Dress Down Days
Angel On My Shoulder gratefully acknowledges the many corporations that support employees who are involved in charities. Corporate giving programs, contributions from designated Dress Down Days, and special donations to support our programs are warmly received and greatly appreciated.
Please let us know if your company has a matching gifts program, or a charitable foundation. Grant/giving guidelines available through your place of business can be forwarded to us.

Angel On My Shoulder must pay for return postage on all forwarded or non-forwardable mail. We would greatly appreciate being notified of any change in address or if you wish to be removed from our mailing list.
Angel Presentations
We are pleased to give presentations to schools, businesses, organizations and service clubs to provide information and answer questions which will give you a clearer picture of our foundation, its services and programs. We can also offer you suggestions on how you can help us, help others. Our “angel” presenters look forward to receiving invitations that allow us to create awareness of the work and mission of Angel On My Shoulder.
