2010 Angel On My Shoulder Scholarship Program
Supporting Education…
In 2008, Angel On My Shoulder established the Angel Scholarship program. Five $1000 scholarship were offered. The scholarship winners were introduced at the Golf Banquet in June. Through the generous support of those attending our Golf Auction, we are able to increase the number of scholarships offered in 2009 to four $1500 Scholarships and nineteen $1000 Scholarships for a total of $25,000!

Project Mission - Monroe Clinic
AOMS - 2008 Project Mission Recipient
Through the phenomenal generosity of Monroe Clinic, Angel On My Shoulder was blessed to be named the recipient of their 2008 Project Mission.
All the departments of Monroe Clinic graciously embraced this mission to help Angel On My Shoulder make things a little brighter and better for our Camp Angel and Camp Teen Angel campers.

The Board of Directors of Angel On My Shoulder is comprised of caring individuals who are genuinely committed to improving the quality of life of those living with or affected by cancer. These “hands on” angels serve on a voluntary basis. Their dedicated efforts are acknowledged with heartfelt appreciation.

A Picture is Worth A Thousand Words
Lisa and Dennis Dewane first read about Angel on My Shoulder through a pamphlet at the Aspirus Clinic in Wausau while Lisa was undergoing chemotherapy for stage 3C colon cancer. They decided to attend a Caregiver’s Retreat in April 2006 and were inspired by the generosity and caring they felt during the weekend.
